We start with premium fibers chosen for warmth, softness, and durability. Depending on the collection, we use 100% combed cotton, micro-fleece, wool blends, or chunky acrylic knits. All materials are tested for colorfastness and pilling resistance.

Our fabrics are woven or knit in-house on modern looms. This lets us control thread count, GSM, and texture. For chunky knits, each blanket is hand-finished to ensure even stitches and a consistent drape.

We use AZO-free, skin-safe dyes for vibrant, long-lasting color. After dyeing, every blanket goes through a softening and anti-pilling finish so it stays cozy wash after wash.
